Educational resources for ending Asian American racism and hate

We grieve with our Asian and Asian-American family in the wake of rising anti-Asian racism, xenophobia, and misogyny. To our Asian and Asian-American students, staff, faculty, alumni, and community members, we see you, we love you, and we will fight with and for you.

We must continue to build solidarity across our diverse communities. In addition to this statement of our deep and sincere support, we encourage all of us to make a commitment to learn more about our Asian and Asian-American colleagues who are too often invisible to the larger community. Towards that end, we have compiled an emergent set of resources to deepen our understanding of Anti-Asian racism and Asian and Asian-American leadership in social movements for justice. We hope that you will continue to add to this list.

Professor Susan Jurow will be hosting a space for conversation and healing on Monday, March 29 from 11-noon. We will discuss this article by R.O. Kwon - . Please read if you have time, or simply join for community using this .

We close by honoring the lives of those who were murdered in Atlanta on March 16.

Rest in power and peace.
